Q: Is there a cost to use your app?

A: No! The app is free to download and use to find classes, track your runs, walks and bike rides, and challenge friends to fun fitness challenges. If you signup for a class, any applicable class registration fees apply.

Q: How do I workout when I am traveling?

A: This is one of the best features of the app! Using the app location services, simply enter the city in which you'd like to find a class and browse the resulting class list. If you are already in the destination city, simply open the app and search classes in your current location.

Q: Do you store my workouts?

A: Definitely. Under your account, workouts you can see all classes you've signed up for.

Q: If I am not in my home town, can I get transportation?

A: Yes, this is one of the great conveniences of the app. After you signup for the class, simply click the REQUEST LYFT and follow the Lyft instructions to request a ride.

Q: Is it available in all states?

A: Yes, all 50 states.

Q: Is it available internationally?

A: You can register a wearable on our app from anywhere and additional functions are in the process of being added for international users.

Q: Can I track my runs on my app?

A: Yes, using the geolocation based tracking feature of the app, you can track runs, rides, walks or any motion-based activity you can think of.

Q: How many gyms do you have access to?

A: Currently we have over 30,000 clubs.

Q: Does my insurance company give me credit for my workouts?

A: The app is available for all insurance companies, check with your employer or wellness company to find out if they can accept it yet. If not, we are glad to talk with them so that they can!
